WEBINAR · ON-DEMAND
The business environment has changed in the last 20 years while organizations have not. In most of the companies Omnex works with, employees are running the business with email, spreadsheets, and one-point solutions — and this has to change. Modern New Product Development requires interconnected systems linking system, sub-system, hardware, software, and supply chain via requirements that flow down and testing that flows up, with design connecting directly to manufacturing through PFMEA and Control Plans.
Key Takeaways
- Why interconnected systems — not email and spreadsheets — must link system, hardware, software, and supply chain
- How requirements flow-down and testing flow-up connect design directly to manufacturing, PFMEA, and Control Plans
- Why C-Suite and Senior Leadership need direct visibility into the risks of disconnected, non-AI/ML-supported teams
- The culture change required across the organization for digitalization to succeed
